Product features:
This product has strong cohesive force with water molecules, good in thickening effect, easy to use. It can save one third cost than sodium alginate. Color field is high and brilliant. Has good stability and alkali resistance. It has better permeability, clear lines and brilliant color in the rotary screen printing and flat screen printing. Taking off the paste fast after washing, hand-feeling is better than sodium alginate, especially for hard hand-feeling, such as navy blue, coffee and black etc, soft effect is obvious and has excellent stability about storage.The utilization rate of residual pulp is greatly improved, the hydration time is short, and it can also be used together with sodium alginate.
This product is APEO-free.

Stock paste preparation:
Thickener RG-FA50173	20-25kg	Stir till expansion absolutely
Urea	50-250kg
Add water to total amount:	500kg

Printing Paste Preparation:
Stock paste:	60-70%	Stirring evenly
Reactive dyes solution:	20-30%
Sodium Bicarbonate:	2 %
Sodium Carbonate:	1 %
Total amount:	100 %

The specific process should be adjusted according to each factory's test situation.  
Package and Storage:
160KG/drum, prevent exposure and frozen.
Shelf life is one year, in an airtight container under 20 ºC.
