Scope of application:
Specially dedicated to the fixation of reactive dyeing or printing, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting colors.
Application process: (for reference only)
This is a concentrated fixing agent. For optimal performance, mix it with 3 to 4 parts water, ensuring a uniform mix.
1. Dipping process: Generally use 0.15-0.4% of the fabric's weight (o.w.f) for effective results.
Maintain a pH level of 5-7 for optimal performance.
Operate at a temperature range of 40°C to 60°C.
Allow 20-30 minutes for the process to achieve the desired results.
2. Rolling and solidification process: Use a general dosage of 1.5-5g/L, adjusting as needed.
Tailor the dosage to the fabric's color depth and inherent washing fastness for the best outcomes.
Precautions:
1. Before fixing, ensure the dyed material is thoroughly washed and soaped for optimal fixation.
2. Avoid mixing with anionic products in the same bath to preserve the fixing efficacy.
Packaging and storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drum lined bags or customized as per customer needs.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
