Product overview:
RG - NR520 wetting degassing agent can be used as a common cotton and blended products dyeing auxiliaries and in addition to the gas/liquid ratio improve agent, it can greatly improve the rate of high-density fabric with liquid, particularly recommended in bleaching treatment before cold heap and desizing process, used in the textile industry of penetrating agent, defoaming agent and degassing agent, make wool, synthetic fiber, cellulose fiber and its blended desizing, bleaching and dyeing and finishing can run smoothly.

Performance features and application:

Product application:
1. Recommended dosage:
Bobbin pretreatment: 1-2g/L;
Denim dyeing: 2-5g/L;
Continuous staining: 0.5-3 g/L.
2. Used as pad dyeing AIDS and wetting agents in continuous pad dyeing or large bath ratio dyeing with the following types of dyes:
VAT dyes, indigo dyes, reactive dyes, direct dyes, disperse dyes and sulfur dyes.
After pre-dissolving the wetting degassing agent rg-nr520 with cold water, it can be used in a pad bath or dyeing bath.The dosage is as follows:
Rolling dyeing: 2.5-5 g/L;
Large bath ratio staining: 1-2 g/L.
