Scope of Application:
Expertly crafted for the fixation process in reactive dyeing or printing, delivering exceptional results every time.

Application Process: (For Reference Only)
This product comes as a concentrated fixing agent. For optimal use, it is advised to blend with 3 to 4 parts of water and mix thoroughly.
1. Dipping Process: Utilize a general dosage of 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f) for effective results.
pH Levels: Maintain between 5-7 for best performance.
Temperature: Operate within a range of 40°C - 60°C for optimal reaction.
Duration: Allow a processing time of 20-30 minutes for thorough fixing.
2. Rolling and Solidification Process: Implement a general dosage of 1.5-5g/L, adjusting as needed based on color depth and fabric wash-fastness.
Determine dosage according to fabric color depth and inherent washing fastness. Tailor the process to meet specific requirements.

Precautions:
1. Ensure dyed materials are thoroughly washed and soaped before commencing the fixing process.
2. Avoid concurrent use with anionic products in the same bath to prevent compromising the fixing effect.

Packaging and Storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drums lined with bags, customizable as per customer requirements.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated space. The product has a 12-month shelf life at room temperature.
