Performance characteristics and uses:
Degreasing and wetting agent RG-JFF is used for scouring, degreasing and decontamination treatment of chemical fibers and cotton fabrics before printing and dyeing. It is also suitable for cleaning or scouring the same bath process for pure cotton yarn or fabric.
This product has excellent emulsifying, dispersing, penetrating and cleaning properties, fast oil absorption, heat resistance, alkali resistance, hard water resistance, and oxidant resistance, and can completely remove oil stains from various clothes.
This product will neither eliminate color and prevent dyeing, nor will it produce dye spots and color flowers in the process of dyeing and dyeing in the same bath. And the whiteness is good, no pollution, no traces, no harm to clothes. It is suitable for normal and high temperature degreasing, washing and refining processes.
Applications:
Using a concentration of 1 ~ 5g/L, dissolve the degreasing wetting agent RG-JFF into the water in proportion and stir evenly. Generally, the textile can be cleaned for more than 30 minutes (the time can be appropriately increased or decreased depending on the oil pollution). When the cleaning effect is reduced, it can continue to be used after adding the degreasing wetting agent RG-JFF properly until it fails. If you need to speed up the degreasing speed or make the cleaning effect more ideal, it can be heated to 80 ºC for cleaning.
Packaging and storage:
Packed in 50kg or 125kg plastic drums.
Avoid exposure to sunlight and freezing, store in a cool and ventilated place for 6 months.
