Performance characteristics and uses: The thickening effect is good, the paste is fast, no need to add ammonia- water, the color paste is stable, the storage is stable, the compatibility with the coating and the adhesive is good, and the color yield is high. Due to the superior rheology, the printed pattern is fine, the outline is clear, it does not permeate, and it does not block the net. Suitable for screen printing, roller and manual printing, and also for thickening of waterproof coating agents.
Usage: This product can be added with water to make white paste, then added to the color paste, or directly mixed with the binder, coating slurry and cross-linking agent, and stirred at high speed for 3-5 minutes. The application viscosity is as high as 1.5-2%.
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.
Packing, storage and transportation: 50 kg or 130 kg plastic drum, anti-exposure and freezing, storage at room temperature. The shelf life is one year, and the storage is slightly stratified for a long time. After mixing, it will not affect the use.
