Performance characteristics and uses:
This product is widely used in paint printing. Prevent the printing paste from spreading around and penetrating to the back, especially suitable for printing fine patterns. It has good compatibility with coatings, adhesives, and thickeners. Adding a proper amount to the printing paste can make the printed pattern fine, the outline clear, and the color yield high. It can also be used for disperse dye printing.
Usage:
Mix this product directly with adhesives, color pastes, and thickeners. Stir at high speed for 3-5 minutes to fully disperse and use it evenly.
Dosage: 1.When used for polyester and polyester-cotton printing, the general dosage is 0.5-1.5%;
2.When used for pure cotton printing, the general dosage is 0.3-0.8%.
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.
