TEXTILE SIZING AGENT RG-SA200

Physical and chemical indicators:
Composition: Copolymer of methyl -acrylate with acrylic -acid and acrylonitril
 Appearance: yellowish viscous liquid
Content: 20-27% (can be controlled according to customer requirements)
P H value: 7.0-8.5
Other characteristics: This product is an environmentally friendly product, is a linear plastic polymer, on the temperature, more sensitive.
Product Usage:      
This product is used for warp sizing of polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose and polyester/nitrile blended fabrics. It can be mixed with natural pulp and synthetic pulp, and has good mutual compatibility and strong adhesion to fibers.
Note: The maximum amount of towels: water 445KG + starch 25KG + SA200 30KG (total 500KG); minimum dosage: 465 KG water + starch 25KG + SA20010KG (total 500KG).
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.
Packing and storage:
1, 50KG or 130KG plastic drum packaging.
2. Sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place with a shelf life of one year.
