Application Process: (For Reference Only)
This is a concentrated solution; we recommend diluting with 3 to 4 parts water and blending thoroughly for optimal results.
1. Dipping Process: Suggested usage is 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f) for superior fixing.
Maintain pH between 5-7 for optimal performance.
Keep the temperature consistently between 40°C-60°C to ensure efficacy.
Duration of 20-30 minutes is ideal for a thorough fix.
2. Rolling and Solidification Process: Recommended dosage is 1.5-5g/L for best results.
Adjust the dosage based on color intensity and inherent fabric washing fastness. Tailor to your specific needs for best outcomes.

Precautions:
1. Ensure thorough washing and soaping of dyed materials prior to fixing for maximum effectiveness.
2. Avoid combining with anionic products in the same bath to prevent diminished fixing results.

Packaging and Storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drum lined bags, or customized as per customer requirements.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated area; shelf life is 12 months at ambient room temperature.
