Weighting Agent RG-WE

Product description:      
The fabric weighting agent RG-WE is a special polymer emulsion, which is suitable for the weighting and finishing of various fibers. It can give the fabric a thick feel and have a significant weight gain effect.

Physical and chemical indicators:
Appearance: yellowish or milky white viscous body
Ionicity: anion
P H value: 6.0-7.0
Solubility: easily soluble in water

Performance characteristics:
1. The fabric weighting agent RG-WE has better adhesion to fabrics.
2. The fabric weighting agent RG-WE has no irritating odor during processing.
3. Different fabrics use different amounts. Chemical fiber and silk fabrics should be used in relatively high amounts. Cotton fiber fabrics are generally used in amounts of 100-200g/l. For greater weight gain, more than 200g/l can be used.
4. The weight-increasing and weighing of the fabric can be carried out the next day, giving the fabric a time to recover its balance.

Applications:      
Padding method:
Two-dip and two-roll (50-300 g/l) (rolling residual rate 80-90) → drying → baking and setting
Dipping method:
5-15% o.w.f at room temperature of 30ºC, the rate of liquid after dehydration is 80-90% → baking and setting
Note: When the fabric weighting agent RG-WE is bathed with other additives, the fabric weighting agent RG-WE should be diluted before adding other additives, but a small sample test must be done first.

Packaging, storage and transportation:
Packed in 50 kg or 125 kg plastic drums.
Protect from exposure and freezing. Store in a cool and ventilated place. Storage period is 6 months.
