Product Description

Levelling agent	Non-ion	Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid	As a multi-functional agent of dispersing, emulsifying and leveling for in fabric dyeing and printing, it shows particular effect on dispersing dyes in nylon dyeing.

Because RG-YP30 has a strong resistance to dyeing, it can provide a leveling effect, especially under harsh conditions, such as light color dyeing of bobbin yarn. In order to avoid unnecessary waste of dyes, RG-YP30 can only be used in a very small amount. reference recipes: 0.17-1.0g/L  RG-YP30
RG-YP30 should be added to dyeing bath in a diluted state (1: 5).
For direct dyes:    
The direct dye has a high directness to the viscose fibers, so it will cause the dyeing problem when dyeing light colors. Because RG-YP30 has a strong resistance to the direct dyes, it can weaken the directness of the direct dyes to achieve leveling effect. In order to ensure that the anti-staining effect is not excessive, the amount should also depend on the dye concentration.
Light color (less than 1% dye) 3.5-5.0%  RG-YP30
Medium color (1-3%) 1.7-3.5%  RG-YP30
For the washing after the direct dyes printing or reactive dyes printing:
RG-YP30 existing in water bath can prevent the white ground to be stained of direct or reactive dye printing when washing, and it also prevents the fabric to be stained when dyed ground printing.
RG-YP30 is especially recommended for the washing of reactive dyes which are difficult to remove. Except the regular detergent in
