Performance characteristics and Application:
Super low formaldehyde cross-linking agent of textile wash and wear non-iron finishing, mainly applied in cellulose fiber and blended fabric, has good non-iron property. It also can be applied in  embossing, lightning, calendering and bubbling, as well as in shrink water finishing on full cotton and blended lining cloth.
Applied in low formaldehyde resin finishing of denim fabric, resistance of washable. Can improve fabric wash fastness, meanwhile doesn't much affect on fabric breaking strength / tearing strength.
RG-220B has very high reactivity, free formaldehyde content is very low, can comply with the requirement of "K-Tex standard 100"
(Class 11), free formaldehyde content is less than 75ppm. Finished textile has a high hydrolytic stability, soft hand feeling, good durable for water cleaning and dry washing property.
 
Application Method:   

1. Firstly adjust the PH value of the require finishing fabric to

   PH value<6.5, and shouldn't deflect to alkali.

1.  Suggest the following recipe added to 2g/l of penetrating agent,

    Adjust the PH value to < 4.0-4.5 by citric acid / acetic acid.

The formaldehyde release is less than 150ppm, in accordance with European environmental standards, and could be comparable to Fixapret FR-8 . It is mainly used for durable setting and finishing of textiles, anti-shrinkage, anti -wrinkle, setting, non-ironing, and durable pressing and finishing of cotton, viscose, artificial cotton, linen, wool, and silk.

The formaldehyde release is less than 20ppm, in accordance wtih European environmental standards. It is mainly used for durable setting and finishing of textiles, anti shrinkage, anti wrinkle, setting, non ironing, and durable pressing and finishing of cotton, viscose, artificial cotton, linen, wool, and silk.
05	Formaldehyde free and iron-free finishing resin RG-220H	nonionic	Pale yellow to brown transparent liquid	It has excellent anti-shrinkage and anti-wrinkle properties, excellent wash-and-wear effects, excellent resilience, and durable press performance, with no formaldehyde release during use. It is mainly used for durable sizing and finishing of textiles, widely used in cotton, viscose, artificial cotton, linen, wool, silk for anti-shrinkage, anti-wrinkle, shaping, wrinkle-free, and durable press finishing.
06	Formaldehyde free and iron-free finishing resin RG-220HE	nonionic	Clear, light yellow solution	As a crosslinking agent for washing, wearing, and ironing finishing of textiles, it is mainly used for anti wrinkle and anti shrink finishing of woven or knitted fabrics made of cotton, viscose, and their blends, and also for embossing, electro optical, and calendering finishing. After finishing with it, the product would  have good iron-free performance, high hydrolysis stability, nice chl-orine resistance, water washing and dry cleaning resistance, and nice hand feel. It is environment-friendly, with no free formaldehyde in finished textile containing.
