Product Description

Performance characteristics and use:
the thickening effect is equivalent to that of imported thickener PTF, but the paste is fast, without adding additional ammonia water. The color paste is stable, stable in storage, good in compatibility with coatings and adhesives, and high in color supply. Due to its superior rheological property, the printed pattern is fine, the outline is clear, and does not penetrate and block the screen. It is suitable for screen printing, roller printing and manual printing, as well as thickening of waterproof coating agent.
Usage:
The product can be mixed into white paste with water, and then added into color paste. It can also be directly mixed with adhesive, paint paste and cross-linking agent, and can be used after high-speed mixing for 3-5 minutes. The application viscosity can be reached when the general dosage is 1.5-2%.
The specific process shall be adjusted according to the test.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
50kg or 130kg plastic bucket, protected from sun exposure and freezing, and stored at room temperature. The shelf life is one year, and there are slight layers when stored for a long time, which will not affect the use after mixing.
