Performance Features:
It is available for water, in any ratio of dilution, with multiple functional groups. Added into water-based acrylic emulsions or polyurethane dispersion solution, its features of water resistance, chemical resistance, high temperature and the adhensive power on special substrate would be significantly improved.
Application:
It can be used as a crosslinking agent for coating printing paste, and form a net structure with the bonding adhesive in printing paste after fixation process to achieve printing color fastness purpose. The original dry friction and 0.5 to 1 grade of the wet friction fastness can be increased. Meanwhile, the product can be applied for flocking adhesive, coating adhesives, bonded adhesives, etc.
Application for Suggestion:
1.Put 4-5% of the RG - GS99A to binder products to mix them evenly.
2.It can be used as coatings in the printing paste or coating slurry, under normal circumstances, just 1-1.5 % of the total plasma volume added, the best improvement can be achieved.
Packaging and storage:
It should be packaged in 50kg or 125kg plastic drums for anti-exposure and frozen purpose, and stored in a cool well-ventilated place, with its shelf-life of one year.
