Performance characteristics and uses:
1. Dipping process, which can be processed in an overflow tank under normal temperature conditions, without silicon spots; padding process, non-sticky rolls, no silicon spots, easy to repair.
2. Ultra chemical stability: Similar to self-emulsifying properties, it can ensure the stability of its emulsion in a high shear, wide pH range (pH: 3-12).
3. No yellowing, especially for white / light-colored fabrics.
4. Good hydrophilicity, the treated fabric can be instantly hydrophilic without APEO.
5. It can give the fabric a soft, full, silky feel and excellent elastic effect, which can significantly improve the stretch recovery of cotton knitted products.
Scope of application:
(1) Suitable for soft finishing of various cotton and blended knitted fabrics.
(2) Suitable for soft finishing of various cotton, linen, T / R, cotton/nylon and other woven fabrics, non-sticky roller.
Instructions:
Need to be emulsified into a certain amount of emulsion. Emulsification method:
Crude oil: emulsifier = 4: 1,
Add acid (add 3% of crude oil) and stir well, then add water to prepare different content emulsions.
The specific process, please adjust as appropriate through the sample.
Packaging, storage, and transportation:
160 kg plastic barrels, protected from exposure and freezing, stored in a cool and dry place, sealed and stored; the shelf life is 6 months at room temperature.
