2. Product performance and use
Defoamer RG-XPW100 is a silicone ester type antifoaming agent. It has good foam suppression, foam breaking and temperature resistance in the water phase system. It can be used in the range of pH 2-13 and normal temperature to 120°C. , Non-volatile, stable chemical properties. Compared with similar products, it has less dosage, convenient use, wide application range and strong foam breaking ability. This product has good dispersion performance in water phase system. It is widely used in chemical industry, papermaking, paint, coating, medicine, water treatment, oil field drilling, textile printing and dyeing (refining and bleaching, dyeing, printing) and other industries.
3. Usage and dosage
Dilute the defoamer RG-XPW100 with tap water 10-20 times, stir it thoroughly, add it to the foaming liquid at one time, or use a quantitative pump during continuous production. Reference dosage: 0.02-0.05g/L, which should be determined according to the type, concentration, temperature and other conditions of the foaming substance.
4. Packaging, storage and transportation package:
This product is packaged in a 50L or 150L plastic drum with a plastic bag inside, or it can be packaged according to user requirements.
Storage and transportation:
This product can be transported and stored as non-dangerous goods. Water should be prevented from entering during transport and storage. The product is suitable for storage at 0~30ºC and should be stored in a covered warehouse to avoid sunlight, high temperature and freezing. If there is stratification after long-term storage, stir it evenly. Generally, the effect will not be affected. Ensure that it is sealed after use to avoid deterioration.
