Specifications:

It has strong penetration ability in acidic systems and could be applied to print transparent polyester fabrics. After scratching, a double-sided printing effect would be obtained.

Properties and Features:

1. Hard water resistance and strong alkaline resistance, suitable in cotton and T/C continuous processing, especially for short process
2. It performs excellent properties of wetting, emulsifying, dispersing and low foaming. Excellent in penetration.
3. Has good alkali-resistant property, won't weaken its penetration power in up to160g/L 
4. Has good stability and compatibility with anionic/nonionic auxiliaries.

Application Field:

Mainly used for the scouring pretreatment of cotton, flax, and their blends.

 

Application Process:

1.As open width scouring agent:                           2~10g/L

2.Rope scouring method:                                      2~10g/L

3.Alkali-peroxide one bath method:

  a) Cold pad batch process                                   5~15g/L

  b) Steaming process                                            5~10g/L

  c) continuous bleaching process                         1~5g/L

 

For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.

Package & Storage:

Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
