PIGMENT PRINTING BINDER
RG-HET

Product Overview:  
Acrylic polymer pigment printing binder is suitable for direct and
pseudo-discharge printing. The printed textile has good dry cleaning fastness, soft hand feeling and excellent color fastness.

Main Ingredients:
Heat cross-linking acrylic polymerized water soluble dispersion.

Physical and Chemical Indexes:  
Appearance: Slightly sticky liquid
Ionicity: Anion/ Nonionic
Ph Value: 7-9
Density: Around 1.02g/cm3(at 20ºC)
Boiling point: Around 100ºC
Solid content: 38-40%
Solubility: Soluble in water

Features/Properties and usages:
1. The textiles printed by environmental binder RG-HET has a splendid color fastness, this includes well dry cleaning fastness, can be used for direct and imitation discharge printing. The fabric is soft hand feel, and ageing-resisted. Compared to other binders, the printing paste contains binder RG-HET has a better viscosity, particularly in water-based paste.
2. In the semi-emulsified pigment printing system which containing white kerosene, if increase the dosage of this product, could get increase the viscosity printing paste, and lower thickener dosage.
3. This product can also apply to foam printing and pearl printing.
4. Non-formaldehyde emission.

Usage:
The following recipe is based on drinking water hardness:
Water-based paste:       ≈  80     dPas
Kerosene paste:          ≈  60-70  dPas
The following recipe is for reference only. It should be complied for actual environment ( eg. hardness of water, actual condition )

The specific technological process should be adjusted according to test.

Package and Storage:
50L, 125L or 160L plastic drums, avoid exposure and frozen,
keep at room temperature. The product period of validity is 12 months.
