Product performance and use:
Defoamer RG-XPW100 is a silicone ester defoamer. It has good antifoam, defoaming and temperature resistance properties in aqueous systems. It can be used in the range of p H value from 2 to 13, and normal temperature to 120 ºC. , Non-volatile, stable chemical properties. Compared with similar products, it has less dosage, is easy to use, has a wide range of applications, and has a strong ability to break bubbles. This product has good dispersion properties in aqueous systems. Widely used in chemical, paper, paint, coating, medicine, water treatment, oil field drilling, textile printing and dyeing (refining, bleaching, dyeing, printing) and other industries.
Note: Because this product contains silicon ingredients, if there is no emulsifying process, it is easy to produce silicon spots, so it is not recommended to be used in pulp, paper, coating and other papermaking processes. If used in the papermaking process, we should choose other non - silicon defoaming agent.
The use method and dosage:
Dilute anti-foaming agent RG-XP20C to be 2-5 times with tap water, after being thoroughly stirred, add it into foaming liquid at one time. It can be added with a quantitative pump in continuous production process.
Reference dosage: 0.2-1g / L, which should be determined according to the type, concentration, temperature and other conditions of the foaming substance.
