Scope of application:
Specially formulated for the fixation of reactive dyeing or printing, RG-400T ensures vibrant, long-lasting colors that do not fade over time.
Application process: (for reference only)
This is a concentrated fixing agent. For optimal performance, mix RG-400T with 3 to 4 parts water, ensuring a uniform mixture that maximizes efficacy.
1. Dipping process: Use 0.15-0.4% of the fabric's weight (o.w.f) for effective results, ensuring thorough and uniform application.
Maintain a pH level of 5-7 for optimal performance, ensuring that the fixing process achieves the best possible results.
Operate at a temperature range of 40°C to 60°C, balancing effectiveness and fabric care.
Allow 20-30 minutes for the process to ensure that the desired results are fully achieved.
2. Rolling and solidification process: Generally, use a dosage of 1.5-5g/L, adjusting as needed to suit the specific requirements of your fabric.
Tailor the dosage to the fabric's color depth and inherent washing fastness for optimal outcomes and preservation of textile quality.
Precautions:
1. Ensure the dyed material is thoroughly washed and soaped before fixing to guarantee optimal fixation and performance.
2. Avoid mixing RG-400T with anionic products in the same bath to preserve the fixing efficacy and prevent any adverse reactions.
Packaging and storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drum lined bags or customized packaging as per customer needs, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature, ensuring long-term usability.
