Performance characteristics and uses:
1. Penetrant JFC-2 soluble in water, has excellent penetration properties. It doesn`t affect penetration higher than the cloud point.
2. Used as penetrant in textile industry, penetrant JFC-2 can be used in sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonization and other processes. It can be used as penetration aid for dyeing bath and finishing bath.
3. In the leather industry it can be used as a penetrating agent, and can also be used as a degreasing agent.
4. The penetrating agent JFC-2 has strong hair washing ability, easy to wash away various oil stains and has a soft feel.
Application reference formula:
1. Penetration: In the processes of textile, printing and dyeing, finishing and others, if anionic penetrant can`t be used generally used, we can use JFC-2. Dosage is 1 -5g / L .
2. Desizing: When use biological enzyme to desize ( starch slurry ) , JFC-2 can be used to accelerate desizing, and the general dosage is about 0.1% of the liquid weight .
3. Chemical fiber scouring: When source acetate fiber and other synthetic products, the dosage of JFC-2 is 2 -5g / L in scouring solution, NaCl 5g / L , can improve the scouring effect.
4. Wool cleaning: The penetrant JFC-2 has the ability to wash hair. It will not be left on the hair after use, without yellowing and other defects, and the fiber feel is relatively soft. The penetrant can be used in neutral, alkaline or acidic environment. It can be used together with soap in hard water, or it can be used alone. The temperature is preferably 40 -50 ºC .
5. Wool carbonization: Dosage of JFC-2 is 0.5 -1g /L , which can shorten the carbonization time, reduce the amount of acid and improve the carbonization effect.
