Scope of application:
Perfectly dedicated to enhancing the fixation in reactive dyeing or printing processes.
Application process: (for reference only)
Harness the potency of this concentrated fixing agent by diluting 3 to 4 parts with water, ensuring a well-mixed solution.
1. Dipping process: Recommended dosage ranges from 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f), delivering optimal results.
Maintain a controlled pH level between 5-7 for best performance.
Operate within a temperature range of 40 °C to 60 °C for effective fixing.
Allow 20-30 minutes for the process to unfold, ensuring thorough fixation.
2. Rolling and solidification process: Utilize a dosage of 1.5-5g/L for effective results.
Adjust dosage according to fabric color depth and inherent washing fastness to achieve optimal results. Tailor the specific process to suit user needs.
Precautions:
1. Ensure the dyed material is thoroughly washed and soaped prior to fixing for superior results.
2. Avoid using in the same bath with anionic products to maintain optimal fixing efficacy.
Packaging and storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drums with lined bags or customized according to your specific requirements.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, with a shelf life of 12 months under room temperature.
