Product overview:
Anti-staining soaping agent RG-HXC350 is a kind of general purpose soaping agent of cellulosic fiber fabric after dyeing, applied for to remove the un-fixed reactive dyes. This product is environmental friendly product, which can meet the textile process and environmental standard requirements completely in future.
This product can leave the dyes molecule in the dye liquor, can prevent that deposit on the fabric, its effect don't affected by PH, salt concentration and water quality.
Apply this product can reduce the necessary washing and soaping times, can obtain the soaping effect when reducing the soaping temperature (80ºC).
Main components: Polymer coordination compound, amphoteric compound.

Productivity enhanced at the same time, meanwhile settled the repeat operation problem due to contradiction between soaping cost and fastness.

that makes it can be applied in all equipment. Soaping agent RG-HXC350 can work in all PH range of whole dyes manufacturers recommended reactive dye soaping.

Application method:
Soaping condition of reactive dye depends on reactive dye chemical structure in the dyeing recipe. Therefore, should confirm the PH of processing bath according to dye supplier's recommended condition.  
Soaping effect mainly related to the bath ratio, color shades and fluid volume between two steps of processing. While soaping and washing times have lot to do with used machine and client's requirement.
