Performance characteristics and uses:
1. This product is a low-foam antifouling soaping agent. It is widely used in dyeing or printing soaping in any kinds of dyes for various cotton, linen, viscose, natural and blended fabrics. And it can effectively remove unfixed and hydrolyzed dyes on the fabric. hydrolyzed dyes.
2. APEO-free, low foam, can significantly reduce the COD value of printing and dyeing waste water, improve the soaping fastness and wet and dry rubbing fastness of the washed fabric, which is a new type of environmental friendly product.
3.This product is an emulsion of special polymer compounds, which has excellent chelating, adsorption, dispersing, cleaning and anti-staining properties. Remove floating color, prevent floating color back staining, improve dyeing fastness of dyed yarn or fabric. The printed fabric has improved definition of the pattern design, no stain on the white ground, increased clarity, gloss and gloss of the yarn surface or cloth surface, does not change the shade, and has better performance than similar imported soaping agents.

5. The washing fastness can be significantly improved to grade 4.5-5, which can achieve the dual effects of anti-staining and soaping on printed fabrics.
Instructions:
1. General color fabric: After dyeing → wash with water → start to warm to 90-100 ºC after adding water → add soaping agent about 1-2g / l, temperature 95-100 ºC, soaping for 20 minutes → wash with water → wash with boiling water 15-20 minutes → Wash with water.
2. Special color,like Scarlet, turquoise and dark-colored fabric: After soaping as described above, then wash with boiling water for 15 minutes, and then wash with cold water. If it fails to meet the requirements, it can be soaped twice.
3. Anti-staining and soaping of printed fabrics: first put water to the required amount, add soaping agent 1-2g / l at the same time, make the soaping agent and water fully mixed, then put the fabric for soaping with 30 minutes, finally wash with water.
Note: For thick printed fabrics, fabrics with more floating or vague materials, and dark-color dyed fabrics, increase the amount to achieve more satisfactory washing results.
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
160KG/Drum.
Protect from sunlight and freezing, store at room temperature. Store in a sealed container at a temperature of 5-25 ° C for a shelf life of 12 months.
Once the packaging drum opened, the product should be used up as soon as possible, and the packaging should be tightly closed after use.
