Suitable for cotton, linen, and blended yarns, it excels in color fixing techniques while harmoniously blending with non-ionic and cationic finishing agents to enhance wet fastness and increase resistance to sunlight, wet ironing, and sweat.
2. Achieving superior soaping resistance, the treated textiles boast remarkable stain resistance. Effective on reactive, direct, acid, and sulfur dyes, ensuring grade 4 to 5 in dry milling tests,withwet milling capabilities reaching grade 3 or beyond.
3. RG-E903 is your go-to formaldehyde-free color fixing solution, suitable for cotton and blended fabrics, doubling as a resist agent for nylon, wool, and cotton blends. It also enhances wash fastness and other resilience aspects of nylon fibers dyed with acid dyes.

6. This product minimally impacts fabric handle, remaining stable in general hard water but sensitive to high electrolyte concentrations. While stable in acidic conditions, use caution to avoid alkaline environments.

To unlock the full potential of your RG-903 formaldehyde-free fixing agent, ensure to delicately dilute it with water before application. This is a vital step before integrating it into the finishing solution. Be cautiousas it does not blend well with a multitude of anionic products or polymers; consequently, its simultaneous use is discouraged in aqueous settings. Always incorporate the RG-903 formaldehyde-freefixing agent after purging the dyeing machine solution and ensuring all treated materials are impeccably cleansed.
1. Dyeing Exhaust Method
The application volume of RG-E903 depends on both the depth of color and the particular type of fabric concerned. The standard usage guideline suggests that, when concocting a new solution, in the temperature range ofliquid soap around 45 to 60ºC, maintaining a PH value of 5.5 to 6, the recommended dosage is outlined as follows (recommended processing duration is 20-25 minutes):
Dark color:0.6----1.2%
Medium color:0.3----0.6%
Light color: 0.1----0.3%
2. Padding Method
Immerse textiles at conditions of 20 to 30 ºC, maintaining a PH value between 5.5 to 6 within the RG-903 solution for padding; after which, proceed to dry the textiles (at a temperature of 100-120 ºC), ensuring the RG-903 solution concentration is upheld as follows:
Dark color:6.0-----12g/l
Medium color: 3.0----6.0g/l
Light color: 1.0----3.0g/l
Notes
1. After the color fixing process, a slight color change may occur on the fabric or printing material. It is advisable to conduct a test prior to color matching.
2. The RG-E903 exhibits a moderate dyeing rate, ensuring even coloration.
3. To enhance the dyeing rate of the color fixing solution, a high-temperature treatment is recommendedto promote better dye absorption with RG-E903; while elevated PH values and low-temperature treatments will reduce the dyeing speed, thereby improving the levelling of colors.
4. RG-903 is compatible with cationic, nonionic softeners, or antistatic agents in aqueous solutions.
5. Stripping Procedure: The product exhibits a high resistance to complete removal. After processing to re-dye the fabric or yarn, the following method is recommended to adjust or add color: anti-color-fixing agent : 1 ~ 3g/l; Soda: 2 ~ 3g/l; Heat to 100ºC for 30 minutes, and subsequently rinsewith warm water at 40 ºC to 50ºC twice to ensure residue removal. the customer's requirement.2. Store in a cool, dry place with a shelf life of 12 months at
room temperature toensure optimal quality.
