The Disperse dye printing thickener is a new generation of high efficiency synthetic thickener which was researched and developed by our company. This thickener was widely used in disperse dye printing. It also has a certain advantage in direct printing. Its printing result achieved and better than similar products, can replace sodium alginate. It was easy operation and safety when using.
If use thickener RG - 7207 replace sodium alginate, will make printing factory obtain remarkable economic and social benefits.
The advantage of our dispersing printing thickener:
This product has a high binding force to water molecules and a good thickening effect. Due to its anionic nature, it is conducive to dyeing the fiber with dyes, high color yield, and stable color paste. Even in summer, the color paste is not easy to deteriorate when stored. It is an ideal thickener to replace sodium alginate.
1. The economic benefits are significant. When used for disperse dye printing, the cost is reduced by about 1/3. Whether compared with natural paste or compared with similar products at home and abroad, this product is currently the most superior product in terms of performance and price.
2. High color yield. It does not affect the dye color development, the color is more vivid, the printing paste has a wide viscosity range, suitable for fabrics of different thicknesses, fine and rough patterns, and has good level dyeing properties for large areas.
3. Easy to prepare. Add the proportion to the water and stir at high speed. It only takes a few minutes to thicken, and it can be adjusted at will according to the viscosity of the color paste. After preparation, the color paste is stable and will not stratify or thin when stored in a covered container for 15 days.
4. Soft to the touch. The original printing process is not affected, the screen is not blocked, it does not bleed, and it feels softer.
5. No need to use it with other thickeners.
Application:
1. Can be prepared into paste of 3~5 by water. The method is gradually add quantitative RG705200 to contained water of 1/3 volume of the container, then stir with high speed, then gradually add water to the required stickiness. Or can stir the preparation paste with high speed, then gradually add RG-705200 to the required stickiness.
2,Firstly dissolve the dye into right amount of water evenly, and add enough water according to ratio, then add RG-705RA gradually under high speed stirring, until reach to the required viscosity, use it after filtering.
