Scope of Application:

Application Process: (For Reference Only)
This concentrated fixing agent is optimally utilized when mixed in a 3 to 4 parts water ratio, promising seamless integration and effectiveness.
1. Dipping Process: Recommended dosage ranges from 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f), tailored to meet your specific needs.
Maintain a pH range of 5-7 for optimal results.
Temperature settings should be between 40°C and 60°C, ensuring perfect synergy.
Allow a processing time of 20-30 minutes for maximum effectiveness.
2. Rolling and Solidification Process: A general dosage of 1.5-5g/L is recommended for superior fixation.
Adjust dosage based on color intensity and fabric wash fastness. Modify the process as needed to achieve the best results.
Precautions:
1. Ensure thorough washing and soaping of dyed materials before applying the fixing agent for optimal results.
2. Avoid simultaneous use with anionic products to maintain the integrity and efficacy of the fixing process.

1. Available in 160KG plastic drums with lined bags, customizable to meet specific customer requirements.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment. A 12-month shelf life is maintained at room temperature, ensuring longevity.
