Characteristics and applications:
1. This product has excellent dispersion effect on various inorganic powders such as titanium dioxide, talc, calcium carbonate and iron oxide, which can sharply reduce the viscosity of the abrasive, shorten the grinding time, stabilize the pigment dispersion system, help prevent organic pigments from flocculation, reducing the tendency to float, etc.
2. It could be used separately or mix with other types of dispersants. Can be used in a variety of waterborne industrial paints and pigment concentrates.
3. A small amount of this product could produce high-viscosity color paste, and the aging stability of the slurry and the coating is excellent.
Usage and dosage:
Add this product into water and mix well, then add pigment with stirring. Dosage: 0.3-0.6% of total pigment
