Functions
This product can be used as a pretreatment, dyeing, soaping auxiliary, chelating and dispersing effects on hard water ions and other heavy metal ions, and impurities in the dyeing bath and protecting colloids:

1. As a pre-treatment aid, it can prevent the formation of a silica scale. It has a very good dispersion effect on the alkaline earth metal ions, waxes, pectin substances contained in raw cotton, and the precipitation caused by hard water. When dyeing yarns and fabrics, the chelating dispersant RG-SPN can prevent the precipitation and precipitation of hard water and other impurities;
2. The chelating dispersant RG-SPN also has the effect of complexing metal ions, preventing the reduction of the affinity of the dye to the fiber due to the influence of calcium and magnesium ions on the solubility of the anionic dye, and reducing the vividness of the dye, even in hard water. The vat dye is completely absorbed by the fiber. Prevents hydrolyzed reactive dyes from forming calcium salts (this calcium salt is difficult to remove in hard water).

3. As a reactive dye dyeing and printing soaping agent, the effect of removing the floating color of lake blue and red is more obvious.

Features
1, The complexing of metal ions is relatively mild, and it will not extract copper and chromium complex ions contained in metal complex dyes, so it will not affect the activity of complex metals and the color and fastness of direct dyes.
2, No surface activity, so almost no foam; no affinity for anionic dyes.
3, Stability: This product is very stable to a variety of acid, alkali and electrolyte products at the concentrations commonly used in dyeing solutions.
4, Compatibility: The chelating dispersant RG-SPN can be compatible with anionic and non-ionic products. With various cationic additives, precipitation will occur in acidic or neutral solutions, but not in alkaline solutions.
5, Ecological: Wastewater containing chelating dispersant RG-SPN can be easily removed in the biochemical sewage treatment plant. This product does not contain phosphorus and APEO and does not release AOX into wastewater.

Instructions
1, T/C blend dyeing
In the polyester-cotton dyeing process, if polyester is dyed first, the wax and pectin impurities released from cotton will be dissolved in this acid dyeing bath. However, when dyeing with reducing dyes or reactive dyes later, the alkaline medium will These impurities are complexed with the dye to form a precipitate. Especially when dyeing the bobbin yarn, these deposits can be deposited on the yarn in large quantities, causing more serious problems such as clogging the bath circulation.
The chelating dispersant RG-SPN can effectively prevent this kind of precipitation from occurring. The amount used is 1-2.5 g / L. It is added at the initial stage of dyeing.

2, Dyeing cotton with vat dyes
Generally speaking, the high concentration of calcium and magnesium ions contained in raw cotton is difficult to control, and these metal ions easily react with reducing dyes to form precipitates. Since the chelating dispersant RG-SPN has the obvious complexing ability to calcium and magnesium ions, it can effectively prevent this kind of precipitation under medium hardness (<18.75 ºC lark), so it is extremely suitable for reducing dyes to the Dyeing process.
Under normal dyeing conditions, the amount of chelating dispersant RG-SPN is: 1-4 g / l, added before the alkaline agent.

3, Cotton reactive dyeing
When dyeing the cotton with reactive dyes or direct dyes, hard water causes precipitation of calcium carbonate.

4, Cotton direct dyeing
If in addition to calcium ions in the dyeing bath, there are more magnesium ions or difficult tones such as turquoise blue, it is recommended to add another 0.5 g / L of RG-KW.

5, Soaping to remove flooding
Chelating and dispersing agent RG-SPN is very suitable for soaping after reactive dyeing and printing because of its excellent diffusivity so that the floating color washed out from the fabric is dispersed in the soap bath, so as not to be re-deposited on the fabric surface, thus Effectively improve the color fastness of fabrics such as washing and rubbing.
In general soap baths, the amount of chelating dispersant RG-SPN is 1-2 g / l. If the floating color is difficult to remove, a second soaping can be used. The amount of chelating dispersant RG-SPN is The times are: 1 g / L.
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.
