Product Description

Main ingredient:Comound of sulfurous acid, chelating agent and polyacrylate.

Appearance:  colorless to light yellowish transparent liquid.

Performance characteristics and application:
  1. Chelating dispersant RG-KW applied in fabric refined before bleaching,
  refining extractant with the reducing effectiveness, especially applied to
  cotton fabric which contains lot of impurity. Meet environmental protection
  Requirement.
  1. Chelating dispersant RG-KW in the range of PH value 3.0-5.5, has obvious
  Refining and extracting function.
  1. If the cotton contains high impurity, then just combined use Chelating
  dispersant RG-KW and refining agent, can get better effect of removing
  catalytic materials ( such as heavy metals and rust). And combined applying  
  Chelating dispersant RG-KW and refining agent, can avoid brittle damage   
  Caused by too much acid medium.
At the same time Chelating dispersant RG-KW remove catalytic material, it can also proceed enzyme desizing synchronously.  Cause Chelating dispersant RG-KW has no adverse effect on  activity of amylase.
Chelating dispersant RG-KW can also extract and wash separately.
After extracting of catalytic material by Chelating dispersant RG-KW, can proceed scouring and bleaching one-step processing, while no need extra soda boiling or going through acid.
Chelating dispersant RG-KW almost no foam occured.

Application: 
By Chelating dispersant RG-KW to pre-extract hydrogen -peroxide catalyst, then by oxygen bleaching, can achieve the following aims:
Remove catalytic materials effectively.
Fabric obtain more whiteness.
Good capillary effect.
 Reduce fiber brittle to damage.
 Reduce dosage of hydrogen- peroxide.
Chelating dispersant RG-KW can apply in the enzyme desizing, also can be applied for any washing bath before oxygen bleaching.
Continuous pretreatment of cotton and polyester woven fabrics.
Continuous pretreament of cotton and polyester knitted fabrics.
Batch pretreatment of cotton and polyester woven and knitted fabrics.
Pretreatment of yarn.
Normally dosage of Chelating dispersant RG-KW is 0.1%-0.5%, specific process should adjusted conditionally according to test.
Package and storage:      
50kg /125kg plastic drum or according to customers requirement. Prevent insolate and frozen, stored at room temperature, sealed storage under temperature of 5-25ºC, with the self life can be 12 months.
