Performance characteristics and uses:
This product is widely used in pigment printing. It prevents the printing paste from spreading around and printing to the back. It is especially suitable for printing fine patterns. Good compatibility with paints, adhesives, and thickeners. Adding an appropriate amount to the printing paste can make the printed pattern fine, the outline clear, and the color yield high. It can also be used for disperse dye printing.
Instructions:
Mix this product directly with binder, color paste and thickener. Stir at high speed for 3-5 minutes to make it fully dispersed and evenly used.
Dosage: When used for polyester and polyester-cotton fabric printing, the general dosage is 0.5-1.5%;
When used for printing on pure cotton cloth, the general dosage is 0.3-0.8%.
The specific process should be adjusted according to the test.
Packaging and storage:
Packing: 50kg or 125kg plastic drum lined with plastic bag, storage at room temperature, the shelf life is half a year. If stored for a long time, there will be slight layering, and the effect will not be affected after stirring.
