RG-E903 formaldehyde-free Color fixing agent

Performance Feature
1.This product is a formaldehyde-free environment-friendly high-quality color fixing agent. The content of free formaldehyde and released formaldehyde is zero according to National Test of GB/T2912.1 in 1998 and GB/T2912.2 in 1998.
It can be applied to cotton, linen and blended yarn. Apart from its exclusive use in color fixing technics, the product can be put with non-ionic and cationic finishing agent, to improve obviously weak wet fastness, and increase sunshine wet fastness, wet ironing and sweat fastness.
2. The soaping resistant stain of products processed by the product (for reactive dyes, direct dyes, acid dyes and sulfur dyes, etc.) can reach grade 4 to 5, dry millinggrade 4, and wetmillinggrade 3 or so.
3. RG-E903 formaldehyde-free color fixing agent is suitable for the color fixing of cotton and blended fabric, and also as resist agent for nylon, wool, cotton blended fabric; meanwhile, to improve the washing fastness and other fastness of nylon fibers acid dyes.
4. Application of this product can greatly reduce or prevent the wet fabric from moving contamination and "swelling"traces during the period of drying or partially drying.
5. The fabric, brightness, and chromatic light treated by this product cannot be affected, unnecessary to add other auxiliaries, with simple and convenient process.
6. This product has no effect or minimal on the fabric handle, stable to the general hard water, but sensitive to the presence of high concentrations of electrolytes; though stable under acidic conditions, but alkaline conditions should be avoided.
Application Process: (For reference only)
To maximize the potential of your RG-903 formaldehyde-free fixing agent, dilute it meticulously with water prior to application. This step is crucial before integrating it into the finishing solution. Be waryit does not mix effectively with numerous anionic products or polymers; thus, its concurrent use is not advised in aqueous environments. Always introduce the RG-903 formaldehyde-freefixing agent post-purging of the dyeing machine solution and ensuring all stained materials are thoroughly cleansed.
1. Dyeing Exhaust Method
The application quantity of RG-E903 is contingent on both the color intensity and the specific type of fabric involved. The standard usage guideline dictates that, when preparing a fresh solution, in the temperature range ofliquid soap around 45 to 60ºC, maintaining a PH value of 5.5 to 6, the suggested dosage is as follows (recommended processing time is 20-25 minutes):
Dark color:0.6----1.2%
Medium color:0.3----0.6%
Light color: 0.1----0.3%
2. Padding Method
Submerge textiles at conditions of 20 to 30 ºC, maintaining a PH value between 5.5 to 6 within the RG-903 solution for padding; following this, proceed to dry the textiles (at a temperature of 100-120 ºC), ensuring the RG-903 solution concentration is maintained as follows:
Dark color:6.0-----12g/l
Medium color: 3.0----6.0g/l
Light color: 1.0----3.0g/l
Notes
1. After color fixing, there is slight change in color of the fabric or printing material. Therefore, test should be done before matching colors.
2. RG-E903 has moderate dyeing rate.
3. To reduce the PH value of color fixing solution or high-temperature treatmentwill promote the the dyeing rate of RG-E903; while the higher PH value and low temperature treatment will reduce the dyeing and improve the levelling property.
4. RG-903 can be used with cationic, nonionic softener or antistatic agents in water.
5. Stripping process: The product is very difficult to completely remove. After the disposal to re-dye the fabric or yarn, it is recommended to use the following method and then change the color or add color: anti-color-fixing agent: 1 ~ 3g / l; Soda: 2 ~ 3g / l; 100 ºC × 30minutes later rinse in the warm water of 40 ºCto 50 ºCtwice.
Packaging and Storage
1. 160KG plastic drum lining inside a bag or in accordancewith customers' request.
2. Stored in a cool dry place, with shelf life of 12 months under room temperature.
3. Transport as non-dangerous goods.
