Product performance and use:
Defoamer RG-XPW100 is a silicone ester defoamer. It has good antifoam, defoaming and temperature resistance properties in aqueous systems. It can be used in the range of p H value from 2 to 13, and normal temperature to 120 ºC. , Non-volatile, stable chemical properties. Compared with similar products, it has less dosage, is easy to use, has a wide range of applications, and has a strong ability to break bubbles. This product has good dispersion properties in aqueous systems. Widely used in chemical, paper, paint, coating, medicine, water treatment, oil field drilling, textile printing and dyeing (refining, bleaching, dyeing, printing) and other industries.

The use method and dosage:
The antifoaming agent RG-XPW100 is diluted 10-20 times with tap water, and after being thoroughly stirred, it is added to the foaming liquid at one time. The continuous production process can also be added with a quantitative pump. Reference dosage: 0.02-0.05g / L, which should be determined according to the type, concentration, temperature and other conditions of the foaming substance.

Packaging and storage:
160KG/plastic barrels with inner plastic bags.

Storage and transportation:
This product can be transported and stored as non-dangerous goods. Water should be prevented during transportation and storage. The product is suitable for storage at 0 ~ 30 ºC. It should be stored in a covered warehouse, avoiding sun, high temperature and freezing. If it is layered for a long time, stir it evenly, which will not affect the use effect. Keep sealed after use to avoid deterioration.
