Product description: 
RG-JZH507 is a cross-linked polymer emulsion thickener containing acidic groups. When diluted with water and neutralized with alkali, its latex particles will swell quickly. Under these conditions, the emulsion will become clear and Very sticky.

RG-JZH507 can effectively improve the low shear viscosity and make the coating system have higher pseudoplasticity. The coating formulated with RG-JZH507 as the main thickener has a higher yield value and gel structure. This structure will show after the shear force disappears. Therefore, RG-JZH507 is suitable for formulating coatings with a moderate three-dimensional pattern .

Compared with high molecular weight cellulose thickener, RG-JZH507 can also reduce the spatter of roller coating. Because it does not contain cellulose, its anti-microbial and enzyme attack ability is very high, so the viscosity of the coating can be stable for a long time.

Product Usage:      
This product can be used for:
1.Coating

Instructions:      
1. Use ammonia or alkali to adjust the pH of the coating or emulsion to 8.0-9.0.
2. Use RG-JZH507 directly or dilute with water at a ratio of 1: 1.
3. Slowly add the diluted RG-JZH507 under low speed stirring.
4.While stirring, measure the change in the viscosity of the coating. After reaching the specified viscosity, stop adding the thickener. The general dosage is 0.5-2.5%.
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.

Packaging, storage and transportation:
160kg/plastic drums.
The product should be stored in a closed container to prevent exposure to sunlight and freezing. It is recommended that the normal storage temperature is 10C to 35C, the shelf life is one year, and there is slight delamination after long time storage.
This product is non-dangerous and can be transported safely by water, land and air.
