Scope of Application:
Perfectly designed for the fixation of reactive dyeing or printing processes.

Application Process: (for reference only)
This product is a concentrated fixing agent, recommended to be diluted by mixing 3 to 4 parts of water thoroughly for optimal results.
1. Dipping Process: Standard dosage is 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f)
Maintain a pH level between 5-7
Operate at a temperature range of 40 °C - 60 °C
Duration should be 20-30 minutes for best outcomes.
2. Rolling and Solidification Process: The typical dosage is 1.5-5g/L.
Dosage varies according to fabric color depth and inherent washing fastness. The user should make process adjustments as necessary.

Precautions:
1. Ensure dyed materials are thoroughly washed and soaped before applying the fixing agent for optimal results.
2. Avoid simultaneous use with anionic products to prevent adverse effects on the fixing performance.

Packaging and Storage:
1. Supplied in either 160KG plastic drum lined bags or customized packaging as per customer requirements.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment. The product maintains efficacy for 12 months at room temperature.
