product description:      
Fabric weighting agent RG-WE is a special polymer emulsion, suitable for weighting and finishing of various fibers. It can give the fabric a thick feel and have obvious weighting effect.

Physical and chemical indicators:
Appearance: slightly yellow or milky white viscous body
    Tonicity: Anion
    pH value: 6.0-7.0
    Solubility: easily soluble in water

Features:
    1. The fabric weighting agent RG-WE has good adhesion to the fabric.
    2. The fabric weighting agent RG-WE has no irritating odor during processing.
    3. Different fabric varieties use different dosages. Chemical fiber and spun silk fabrics should be used in a higher dosage. The general dosage of cotton fiber fabrics is 100-200g/l. If a larger weight gain is required, more than 200g/l can be used.
    4. The weight gain and weighing of the fabric can be carried out on the next day, giving the fabric time to restore its proper balance.

Fabric Weighting Agent RG-WE Instructions

Applications:      
Padding method:
Two dips and two rollings (50-300 g/l) (rollover rate 80-90) → drying → baking and setting
Dipping method:
5-15% o.w.f 30 ºC room temperature, the liquid rate after dehydration is 80-90% → baking and shaping
    Note: When the fabric weighting agent RG-WE and other auxiliaries are in the same bath, the fabric weighting agent RG-WE should be diluted before adding other auxiliaries, but a small sample test must be done first.

Packaging and storage:
Packed in 50kg or 125kg plastic drums.
Avoid exposure to sunlight and freezing, store in a cool and ventilated place for 6 months.
