Main ingredients: Acrylic synthetic polymer
Physical and chemical indicators:
Appearance: milky white viscous liquid
ZIonicity: Anion
P H value: 5.5-7.0
Solid content: ≥60%
Performance characteristics and uses:
The thickening effect is good, the paste is fast(if you need to paste faster, you can also add 0.1-0.5% of the total paste). The color paste has good stability and storage stability. The mixture has good compatibility and high color yield. Due to the superior rheology, the printed pattern is fine, the outline is clear, does not penetrate, and does not block the network. It is suitable for screen printing, roller and hand printing, and can also be used for thickening waterproof coating agent.
Instructions:
This product can be mixed with water to make a white paste, and then added to the color paste, or it can be directly mixed and stirred with the adhesive, coating paste and cross-linking agent, and stirred at high speed for 3-5 minutes. The general dosage is 1.5-1.7% to reach the application viscosity.
The specific process should be adjusted according to the test.
