Performance Characteristics:
Low temperature color fixing, no yellowing even at high temperature (190ºC)
Easy to make printing paste, no compatibility preparation is simple, no compatibility order requirement, no need cross-linking agent, the stability of prepared paste is good, no skinning even 15 days in covered container.
The cotton fabrics printed are soft hand feeling, clear-cut and bright-colored.
Good compatibility with powder material, good mechanical and high speed stirring stability.
High elasticity, good anti-sticking property.
The printing paste and pigment paste prepared by this product has good adhesiveness with various of cloths and good washing fastness.
None APEO or formaldehyde.
Application:
- Applicable to the roller, cylinder, flat screen, manual printing and spray and other technology.
- Can applied to black and white paint.
- Good application on full cotton, polyester cotton, acrylic fibers, polyester, knitwear, frieze boucle and even silk products etc.
Using technology:
Printing-Barking(105ºC,3~5minutes).
Package and Storage:
1. Packing:Iron or plastic drums.
2. Storage:Can be stored more half a year under temperature of -5ºC~ 60ºC, warehouse should keep cool, dry and ventilate.
3. Once the packing was opened, pls be attention to seal it, to avoid expose to the air in crust.
