product description:      
RG-600NH is a cross-linked polymer emulsion thickener containing acidic groups. When diluted with water and neutralized with alkali, its latex particles swell quickly. Under this condition, the emulsion will become clear and Very sticky.
RG-600NH can effectively improve the low-shear viscosity and make the coating system have higher pseudoplasticity. The coating formulated with RG-600NH as the main thickener has a higher yield value and gel structure. This structure will show after the shear force disappears, so RG-600NH is suitable for the preparation of a coating with a moderate three-dimensional pattern effect .
Compared with high-molecular-weight cellulose thickener, RG-600NH can also reduce the spatter of roller coating. Because it does not contain cellulose and has a high resistance to microorganisms and enzymes, the viscosity of the coating can be stable for a long time.

Product Usage:      
This product can be used for:
1. Paint;

Instructions:      
1. Adjust the pH of the paint or emulsion with ammonia- or alkali to reach 8.0-9.0.
2. Use RG-600NH directly or dilute it with water in a 1:1 ratio.
3. Under the state of low speed stirring, slowly add the diluted RG-600NH.
4. While stirring, measure the change in viscosity of the paint. After reaching the specified viscosity, stop adding the thickener.
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.

Packaging, storage and transportation:
The product should be stored in a closed container to prevent exposure and freezing. It is recommended that the normal storage temperature is 10C ~ 35C, the shelf life is half a year, and it will be slightly stratified for a long time. It will not affect the use after mixing.
Packed in 200 kg plastic drums.
