Scope of application:
Specifically formulated for the fixation of reactive dyeing or printing, delivering enhanced performance and reliability.
Application process: (for reference only)
RG-400T is a potent, concentrated fixing agent. Mix with 3 to 4 parts water thoroughly to achieve optimal results.
1. Dipping process: Recommended dosage is 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f), ensuring even distribution.
pH 5-7, perfectly balanced for optimal dye absorption.
Temperature range of 40 °C - 60 °C, providing flexibility in processing conditions.
Time: Allow 20-30 minutes for complete dye fixation.
2. Rolling and solidification process: General dosage is 1.5-5g/L, tailored to fabric needs.
Adjust dosage based on color intensity and the fabric's inherent washing fastness. Customize the process for precision results.
Precautions:
1. Ensure thorough washing and soaping of dyed materials before application to maximize fixing efficacy.
2. Avoid simultaneous use with anionic products to prevent diminished fixing performance.
Packaging and storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drums, with lined bags or custom packaging options to suit client needs.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Shelf life of 12 months at room temperature ensures longevity.
