Product Description

Formaldehyde-free fixing agent RG-T510

Physical and chemical indicators:
Ingredients: Special organic compounds
Appearance: light yellow to brown red liquid
P H value: 4~5 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: Miscible with water, alkali resistant, hard water resistant
Solid content: 50%

Performance characteristics:
1. This product is a cationic environmentally friendly fixing agent that does not contain formaldehyde.
2. It is especially effective for the fixation of active or direct red, dark brown, blue and black.
3. Improves wet fastness, washing fastness and rubbing fastness.
4. Hardly affects the light fastness.
5. Does not make the treated fabric feel hard.
6. It has minimal effect on shade.

Scope of application:
Dedicated to reactive dyeing or printing fixation.

Application process: (for reference only)
This product is a concentrated fixing agent. It is recommended to use a mixture of 3 to 4 parts of water and mix well.
1. Dipping process: general dosage 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f)
pH 5-7
Temperature 40 ° C -60 ° C
Time 20-30 minutes;
2. Rolling and solidification process: the general dosage is 1.5-5g/L.
According to the color depth and the washing fastness of the fabric itself, the dosage is determined. The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.

Precautions:
1. The dyed material must be sufficiently washed and soaped before fixing.
2. Can not be used in the same bath as anionic products, so as not to affect the fixing effect.

Packaging and storage:
1. 160KG plastic drum lined bags or according to customer requirements.
2. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
