Performance characteristics and uses:
1. Impregnation process, can be processed in overflow tank under normal temperature conditions, no silicon spot; padding process, non-stick roller, no silicon spot, easy to repair.
2. Super chemical stability: similar to self-emulsifying properties, it can ensure the stability of the emulsion under high shear and a wide pH range (pH: 3-12).
3. No yellowing, can be used for bath finishing with whitening agent and color fixing agent.
4. Good hydrophilicity, the treated fabric can be instantly hydrophilic and does not contain APEO.
5. It can give the fabric a soft, plump, silky feel, and excellent elasticity, which can significantly improve the stretch recovery of cotton knitted products.
Scope of application:
(1) It is suitable for hydrophilic and soft finishing of various cotton and its blended knitted fabrics.
(2) It is suitable for the hydrophilic and soft finishing of various cotton, linen, T/R, cotton/nylon and other woven fabrics, without sticking to the roller.
Instructions:
This product can be directly added or used after dilution.
For the padding process, 10 g/L - 30 g/L is recommended.
For the impregnation process, 1-3% o.w.f is recommended.
Packaging and storage:
50kg or 125kg plastic bucket, protected from exposure to sunlight and freezing, placed in a cool and dry place, sealed and stored; the shelf life is 6 months at room temperature.
