product description:      
RG-JZ600N is a cross-linked polymer emulsion thickener containing acidic groups. When diluted with water and neutralized with alkali, its latex particles will expand rapidly. Under such conditions, the emulsion will become clear and Very sticky.
RG-JZ600N can effectively improve the low shear viscosity and make the coating system have higher pseudoplasticity. Coatings formulated with RG-JZ600N as the main thickener have higher yield value and gel structure, which will appear after the shear force disappears. Therefore, RG-JZ600N is suitable for formulating coatings with moderate three-dimensional pattern effect. .
Compared with high molecular weight cellulosic thickeners, RG-JZ600N can also reduce the splash of roll coating. Because it does not contain cellulose, it has high resistance to microorganisms and enzymes, so the viscosity of the coating can be stable for a long time.

Product Usage:      
This product can be used for:
1. Paint;
2. Paint color paste;
3. Coating glue;
4. Textile printing process.
 
Instructions:      
1. Adjust the pH of the paint or emulsion to 8.0-9.0 with ammonio or alkali.
2. Use RG-JZ600N directly or dilute it with water at a ratio of 1:1.
3. Under low-speed stirring, slowly add the diluted RG-JZ600N.
4. While stirring, measure the change of the viscosity of the paint, and stop adding the thickener after reaching the specified viscosity.
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.

Packaging and storage:
The product should be stored in an airtight container to prevent exposure to sunlight and freezing. It is recommended that the normal storage temperature is 10C ~ 35C, and the shelf life is half a year. There will be slight stratification after long-term storage, and it will not affect the use after mixing.
Packed in 50kg or 130kg plastic drums.
