DISPERSE DYE PRINTING THICKENER RG-H7203B
Disperse dye printing thickener RG-H7203B is a new generation of high efficiency synthetic thickener. This thickener was widely used in disperse dye printing. It also has a certain advantage in direct printing. Its colour yield and brightness are better than similar products, it can replace sodium alginate. If use thickener RG-H7207 replace sodium alginate, will make printing factory obtain remarkable economic and social benefits.

Properties and Uses:
This product has a high cohesive force on water molecule, the
thickening effect is good. Because of its anion, can help
disperse dyes to fiber dyeing, high dying ability. Paste is stability, even in summer, paste preparation is also non-perishable storage, is an ideal alternative thickener to sodium alginate.

Application:
Method I: Method of preparing stock paste in advance
1.Can be prepared into white paste of 3%~5 by water. The method is gradually adding quantitative RG-H7203B into container which contains water of 1/3 volume, then stir with high speed, then gradually adding water to the required stickiness.
2. Dissolve the dye and other auxiliaries with a little water, then add the white paste prepared with this product, stir evenly and filter it.
Method II: Method of using directly
Dissolve the dye and other auxiliaries with a little water, add this product again, make slurry with agitator, filter and use.
