This product is a levelling agent for high temperature dyeing of polyester fibers.This product can slow down the dyeing speed of  disperse dyes, improve the permeability and leveling property of polyester dyed fabrics, so it is very suitable for dyeing process with higher initial dyeing temperature and high-temperature trimming.
Physical and chemical indicators:
Appearance: light yellow, viscous liquid. Aqueous solution is clear to slightly cloudy
Main components: Mixture of aliphatic ethoxy compounds
Ionicity: Non-ionic
PH value: 6.5-7.5 (50g / L aqueous solution)
Stability: RG-HD100 is stable to hard water and acid.
Performance characteristics:
Dyeing resistance: The resistance of RG-HD100 is related to its affinity for dyes. If used in excess, the discoloration rate of some disperse dyes may be affected to some extent, resulting in slightly lighter colors.
Migration: RG-HD100 has very high migration to disperse dyes.
Foaming property: The foaming degree of RG-HD100 is very low.
Fiber swelling: RG-HD100 will not swell polyester fibers, so it will not affect the physical properties of the fibers.
Dyeing fastness:RG-HD100 will not affect the fastness of the dyed polyester.

Uses and instructions for use:
RG-HD100 is used as a leveling agent for high temperature and high pressure dyeing of polyester, which can prevent rapid adsorption of disperse dyes on fibers. It is therefore very suitable for the following processes:

-Use fast dyes to dye light or medium colors under high temperature and pressure;
-When dyeing at high temperature and pressure, the output of the dyeing bath of the circulating equipment cannot be accurately controlled or properly adjusted;
-Color modification under high temperature conditions;
-The initial dyeing temperature is higher than 100C.
RG-HD100 is also suitable for two-bath dyeing process of polyester, cotton or nylon fiber blended fabrics.
However, especially when dyeing at a large bath ratio, RG-HD100 may have a certain degree of resistance to direct dyes, acid dyes or vat dyes.

Application
Solution preparation: The high-temperature levelling agent RG-HD100 was emulsified in cold water by stirring .
High temperature dyeing: Dyeing additives are added to the dyeing bath in the following order:
1-2g / L Diffusion agent NNO
1-2% high temperature levelling agent RG-HD100
0.5 g / l coupler dispersant
…% Disperse dye
pH 4-5 Adjust with acetic acid or chromic acid
After adding the auxiliary, it is recommended to run for several minutes, then add the dye, adjust the pH of the dye bath, and then dye according to the conventional process of dispersing dyes.
Color modification formula: The dyed fabric can be modified by RG-HD100.
If the dye bath cycle is very good, even without cooling down, you can use RG-HD100 to modify the color.
The amount of RG-HD100 is 1-2%.

Packaging, storage and transportation:
Packed in 50kg or 125kg plastic drums.
Protect from high temperature, sunlight and freezing. Store at 0-40 ºC at room temperature. Shelf life is 6 months.
