Performance characteristics and usage:
This product is widely used for pigment printing. To prevent the printing paste from spreading around and penetrating the back, especially suitable for printing fine patterns. It has good compatibility with coatings, adhesives, and thickeners. Adding an appropriate amount to the printing paste can make the printed pattern fine, the contour clear, the color supply high, and will not reduce the viscosity of the printing paste. It can also be used for Disperse dye printing.
Usage:
Mix this product directly with adhesive, color paste, and thickener. Stir at high speed for 3-5 minutes to fully disperse and evenly use.
Dosage: When used for printing polyester and polyester cotton fabrics, the general dosage is 0.5-1.2%;
When used for pure cotton fabric printing, the general dosage is 0.3-0.6%.
The specific process should be adjusted according to the experiment as appropriate.
Packaging and Storage:
Packaging: 50kg or 125kg plastic bucket lined with plastic bags, stored at room temperature with a shelf life of six months. Long term storage with slight layering, stirring without affecting the effectiveness of use.
