Scope of Application:

Application Process: (For Reference Only)
Experience the concentrated power of our fixing agent by diluting 3 to 4 parts with water, ensuring thorough mixing.
1. Dipping Process: Recommended general dosage ranges from 0.15% to 0.4% (o.w.f).
Maintain a pH level between 5-7 for optimal results.
Operate within a temperature range of 40°C to 60°C.
Allow a processing time of 20-30 minutes;
2. Rolling and Solidification Process: General dosage is 1.5-5g/L.
Adjust the dosage based on fabric color depth and inherent washing fastness. Customize the process as needed for best results.

Precautions:
1. Ensure dyed materials are thoroughly washed and soaped before commencing fixation.
2. Avoid using this product in the same bath with anionic substances to preserve its superior fixing properties.

Packaging and Storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drum-lined bags or customized as per customer needs.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment. The product retains efficacy for 12 months at room temperature.
