Scope of Application:

Application Process: (For Reference Only)
This product is a concentrated marvel. For optimal results, it's advised to dilute with 3 to 4 parts water, ensuring a thorough mix.
1. Dipping Process: Standard dosage ranges from 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f), catering to diverse textile needs.
pH: Ideally maintained between 5-7 to ensure optimal fixation.
Temperature: Operates efficiently between 40°C and 60°C, adapting to various fabric types.
Time: A swift process taking merely 20-30 minutes to achieve desired results.
2. Rolling and Solidification Process: General dosage spans 1.5-5g/L, customizable to fabric specifics.
Dosage should be tailored to the depth of color and inherent washing fastness of the fabric, allowing user discretion for precise adjustments.
Precautions:
1. Ensure dyed material is thoroughly washed and soaped before initiating the fixing process for best outcomes.
2. Avoid simultaneous use with anionic products to ensure the fixing effect remains uncompromised.

1. Available in 160KG plastic drum lined bags or customizable to meet customer specifications.
