Scouring agent RG-M420
Product application:
Scouring agent RG-420 is one bath scouring and bleaching agent of cotton, linen and their blend fabrics. It can stable in the hydrogen peroxide and have a excellent scouring performance, can simplify bleaching process, easy to use.
The treated fabric with the refined enzyme RG-M420 was better than the RG-M420 treatment, and the sedimentation speed was increased from the original more than 30 minutes to 9 seconds.

Performance and features:
1, As one bath scouring and bleaching agent of cotton, linen and their blend fabrics, it is stable in hydrogen peroxide and good scouring effect, fabrics could obtain excellent whiteness and fuzzy effect.
2, Just add hydrogen peroxide to use, simplify bleaching process, easy to operate.
3, The linen and its blended fabrics could obtain a better whiteness than regular process, excellent in scouring and bleaching. No caustic soda, so doesn't affect linen fabric strength.
4, Excellent degreasing power. It can remove the oil , knitting oil, coning oil and so on.
5, If choose the direct dye which hydrogen peroxide resistance, scouring, bleaching and dyeing (light color) could be finished in one bath.
6, When apply to substitute caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide dosage same, use 2-4g/L of RG-420 replace directly (dip dyeing).

- Dip dyeing:
Different dosage according to fiber type or processing condition.

Bath ratio: 1/10, 95-100ºC, 40-60 minutes, hot wash, wash.
2, Linen bleaching
Hydrogen peroxide(27%) 10-15ml/L
Scouring agent RG-M420 3-4g/L
Chelating dispersant 1-2g/L
Bath ratio: 1/10,95-100ºC, 40-60 minutes, hot wash, wash.
3,Towel(kier)
Hydrogen peroxide X ml/L

About 3 hours at 105ºC-110ºC
4, Jig dyeing

Padding, pick up 80-100%, keep 20-24 hours in normal temperature, hot wash (95ºC, 1-2 minutes)or strong wash.

Package and Storage:
25kgs plastic woven bag.
Stored in a cool ventilated place, at room temperature, prevent insolate and frozen. Avoid damp. Keep the package sealed. If color changes during shelf time, no affect to use.
