Scope of application:
Exclusively designed for optimal fixation in reactive dyeing or printing processes, making it the go-to solution for textile professionals.
Application process: (for reference only)
This product serves as a concentrated fixing agent. We recommend diluting with 3 to 4 parts of water, ensuring a well-blended solution for application.
1. Dipping process: Recommended dosage ranges from 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f)
pH 5-7
Temperature 40°C - 60°C
Duration: 20-30 minutes;
2. Rolling and solidification process: Typically, use 1.5-5g/L.
Adjust the dosage based on the depth of color and inherent washing fastness of the fabric. Tailor the process as necessary for optimal results.
Precautions:
1. Ensure that dyed materials are thoroughly washed and soaped prior to fixation to guarantee maximum effectiveness.
2. Avoid using alongside anionic products in the same bath, as this may hinder the fixing performance.
Packaging and storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drums with lined bags, or tailored to meet customer specifications.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment. Maintains quality for 12 months when kept at room temperature.
